What this preview collects
The waitlist and introduction forms store exactly what you type: an email address and up to two optional multiple-choice answers. That is the complete list. The forms never ask about your observance, community, affiliation, or health history, and there is no account system, no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies, and no analytics of any kind on this preview.
Where it goes
Form entries are stored in a temporary file on the preview server only. They are not sent to any third party, not synced to any marketing tool, and they are erased when the preview server restarts. If you want an entry gone sooner, reply to nothing: there is nothing to unsubscribe from, because no mail is being sent.
What loads in your browser
Every font and script on this site is served from this site. There are no third-party requests, no embedded pixels, and no social widgets. External links to cited sources are ordinary links: nothing is loaded from those domains unless you click them.
Health information
Do not send health information through this preview. No form asks for it, and no page needs it. A future clinical service would handle medical records under a real privacy policy and applicable health privacy law, and that policy would replace this draft before any such record exists.
Changes
A final version, checked by counsel, will replace this draft before launch. If the preview ever starts collecting more than described here, this page changes first and says so plainly.
